Payment
                   Orders under £50 cash with order.
                   All new customers will be sent a Pro-forma invoice prior to delivery of their first order.
                   A 30 day account is set up on receipt of their second order.

Claims        All claims for loss or damage must be made immediately by telephone and then in writing,
                   within 7 days of the date of invoice otherwise no claim can be entertained.

Carriage    Orders under £100 carriage at £10.00.

England,    Orders over £100 carriage at 9% of order value.

Wales &    Orders over £200 carriage at 7.5% of order value.

Scotland    Orders over £300 carriage at 5% of order value.

                  Orders over £400 carriage at 2.5% of order value.

                  Orders over £500 carriage paid.

Earthenware
 
                  Carriage will be charged at cost.

                  We reserve the right to alter prices and designs without prior notice. Goods remain

                  the property of The Potters Barn until paid for in full.
